The Brief:
Shopify’s Summit was primarily focused on capturing the essence of Nonna, an Italian grandmother who uses Shopify for her rural olive oil company. We partnered up with Shopify to bring their 2022 Summit, which entails 25 beautifully illustrated, loopable designs to take center stage at their event.
The Details:
Our goal while animating these cinemagraphics was to find a happy medium of bringing these cinemagraphics to life, while not going overboard with heavy animation to distract from these beautiful illustrations. By utilizing depth of field and key set lighting, we were able to create a delicate animation that focuses on illuminating key elements of each scene.
